If you contact us by email, the details you provide, including your contact data, are stored so that we can process your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We do not pass this data on without your consent, except to our letting agency where this is necessary to process your booking enquiry.
Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer and the time of the request. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not merged with other sources.
Fonts and external services
This website embeds no fonts, maps, analytics or advertising services from third-party servers. All font files and images are delivered from our own server; no cookies are set and no IP addresses are passed to third parties.
Availability calendar
The availability calendar loads its data through our own server. No data is transmitted to third parties in the process.
Links to booking portals
For availability and booking we link to our listing at Traum-Ferienwohnungen and to our letting agency. Those pages load only after a click; the respective provider's privacy policy applies there.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about the personal data we hold about you, its origin and recipients and the purpose of processing. You also have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Storage period and withdrawal
We store your data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. You may withdraw consent at any time; the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
