A holiday home for up to six guests – four rooms on two floors

What we let is the front half of the semi-detached house, “Droemhus 44a”, the half facing the street. It was built in 2014 and has been modernised ever since: four rooms over roughly 82 square metres, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a private garden with a sunny terrace.

Living, dining and kitchen

The open-plan living and dining area has a very large sofa, a big television and a terrace door into the garden. Six people fit around the dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-caterers – from breakfast to a shrimp supper after a day at the beach.

Upper floor

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms

All three bedrooms have a double bed made up of two 200 × 90 cm mattresses, wardrobes and blackout windows with insect screens. The bathroom with the tub and underfloor heating is upstairs. Bed linen is included for every guest; towels can be added for a fee.

Garden, terrace and parking

The house has its own garden with a sunny south-facing terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue and a hooded beach chair – sheltered from the wind and not shared with the neighbouring half. One parking space at the house is included in the rent.

Frequently asked questions

When can I arrive and when do I have to leave?

Arrival is possible from 3 pm, departure by 10 am at the latest.

Is there a parking space at the house?

Yes. The Droemhus has one parking space right at the house and it is included in the rent.

Are dogs or other pets allowed?

No. The Droemhus is let without pets and is also a non-smoking house.

Is bed linen included in the price?

Yes, bed linen is provided for every guest. Towels can be added for an extra charge.

How far is it from the house to the beach?

It is about 2.7 kilometres to the beach. The local bus is free for guests.

How many people does the house sleep?

Up to six guests, children included. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms.
